1st Course Loaves of Sourdough, Dark Rye, and Whole Wheat Bread served with Mozzarella and Sharp Cheddar cheese 2nd Course A fresh garden salad with honey vinaigrette dressing, a medley of berries served with dishes of sugar, splenda, and honey on the side, and a platter of honeydew, cantaloupe, and lemons 3rd Course A potato and dumpling soup in beef broth and Bierox – sausage, onion, and cabbage in a thin bread pocket 4th Course Beer marinated Beef Roast cooked with potatoes, carrots, and onions 5th Course Frytour Blaunched – almond pastries baked in honey and wine A place at the feast table(s) may be purchased on a first come, first served basis on site, beginning at 4:00 pm Friday. Due to past feasts selling out, the Triumphe III feastocrats have planned for 140 spots this year. And what a feast it will be! |
